Digital Marketing Services

Due to the nature of digital marketing services, which involve significant upfront work, research, and customization, we have the following refund policy:

Service Deposits and Retainers

Any deposits or retainers paid for our services are non-refundable. These payments secure our resources and time for your project.

Monthly Service Plans

For monthly service plans (e.g., social media management, SEO, PPC management):

  • If you cancel within the first 7 days of a new subscription and no work has been delivered, we will provide a full refund.
  • Once work has been delivered or after the first 7 days, the monthly fee is non-refundable for the current billing period.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing.

Project-Based Services

For one-time project-based services (e.g., website design, brand identity development):

  • If you cancel before any work has commenced, we will refund 80% of your payment (20% is retained as an administrative fee).
  • If you cancel after work has begun but before completion, refunds will be prorated based on the percentage of work completed, minus a 20% administrative fee.
  • No refunds will be issued after the final deliverables have been provided.

Exceptions and Conditions

We understand that exceptional circumstances may occasionally arise. In the following cases, we may consider refund requests outside of our standard policy:

Service Failure

If we have materially failed to deliver the services as specified in your service agreement despite being given reasonable opportunity to remedy the situation, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund. Such claims must be submitted in writing with specific details about how the service failed to meet the agreed-upon specifications.

Technical Issues

If technical issues on our end prevented you from receiving the services you paid for, you may be eligible for a refund or service credit. We will evaluate each case individually.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@maqadvertising.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
  2. Include your name, the service purchased, purchase date, and reason for the refund request.
  3. Provide any relevant documentation or information that supports your request.

We will acknowledge your refund request within 2 business days and process it within 10 business days. Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method when possible.
